There’s a surprise sale this weekend that extends to the PlayStation, Xbox, and PC platforms (via Steam), and if you have a Tomb Raider game or Marvel title you’d like to pick up, you might be able to get it and a few more for a very low price. The sale covers both franchises as well as many others such as Deus Ex games and includes titles such as Marvel’s Avengers, Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxyand Shadow of the Tomb Raider as well as more expensive versions of the game.

Square Enix, for those who may have been missed the news, recently sold its Western Studios including Crystal Dynamics, Eidos-Montreal, and Square Enix Montreal. Embracer Group acquired it and the games they are working on including live services Marvel’s Avengers that game still got new content. Now that acquisition completeSquare Enix seems to want to dismantle the rest of the stock games like those in the Marvel and Tomb Raider series.

Because of that, those games are very cheap now. Like, less than $1 is cheap. Classic Tomb Raider Game Like Tomb Raider: Underworld and Tomb Raider: Dark Angel go for under a dollar now which admittedly isn’t what people are looking for, but you can even get Tomb Raider Collection on Steam for $20.20 while the normal price is $201.99.

The same types of offers can also be found when looking at Marvel games. Unfortunately for those who don’t have the game, it seems like all of them a copy of Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy have already seen how no matter what platform or edition of the game you choose, the only option is to be put on a waiting list. Marvel’s Avengers still available depending on what platform and edition you’re looking for, and if you’re a collector who may not really care about the game but likes the collection that comes with it. Strongest Edition on Earth, which is also on sale. It usually costs $149.99 and sells for $15.

As others have noticed, some of these purchases are for the physical edition of the game which means that Square Enix may give you shipping costs even though the initial price is very low. That’s most likely why almost all Steam purchases have been removed by now, but those looking for a deal can still browse the game via the link above to see what’s left.
