A FITNESS expert has tried Kim Kardashian’s glute workout and shared their review.

Fitness teacher wants to achieve Kim Kardashiantoned legs and awesome glutes, but she says she’s glad she didn’t have to do another leg the day after.

Mollie Davies wrote a fitness blog at Tom’s Guide shared her experience doing leg exercises challenging Kim Kardashian.

To start, Davies made sure to do a proper pre-workout.

“I make sure that I complete a long stretching routine beforehand, complete with a lot of focus on my hamstrings because they strain quite easily,” says Davies.

The exercise itself lasts 40 minutes.

Kim Kardashian’s personal trainer, Melissa Alcantara, revealed the workout routine to Davies.

He only does this exercise twice a week, says Alcantara.

The Kardashian sisters leg workout includes:

  • Walking lunges (4 sets of 20 reps on each leg):
  • Elevated glute bridge (4 sets of 20 reps on each leg
  • Elevated cup squats (4 sets of 12-20 reps):
  • Kickback glute (5 sets of 50 reps
  • Bulgarian split squats (4 sets of 12 reps on each leg)
  • Dumbbell hamstring curls (4 sets of 12-20 reps)

“Although finding glute bites was relatively easy to complete, I could tell right away that my glutes had been given a good workout,” Davies says.

The great thing about this exercise is that you can change the steps to make it easier or more intense.

“An effective glute routine doesn’t have to be intimidating, nor do you need a lot of equipment or be a total gym bunny,” says Davies.

“The day after this workout, I could actually feel it in my legs, and I realized in order to build my dream sculptural pins, I needed to diversify my lower body workouts more often.”

Even if your dream body doesn’t belong to Kim K, you can still try her workout routine.
