fitness influencer Sophia Nicole shares with viewers on a tik tok videos her experience trying Khloe Kardashian’s glute exercises.

Known on the platform as sophianikki, the gym teacher usually posts on her social accounts about celebrity sports she’s tried, foods that “really excites her” or her love of cycling as a sports outlet.

With over 100,000 followers on social platforms, the trainer spends a lot of time sharing with them his workout regimen.

In a 30-second TikTok video, Nicole shows five moves that Khloe Kardashian swears are key to achieving her incredible body.

The video begins with Nicole looking flabbergasted at the camera as she exclaims, “Khloe Kardashian has a butt workout online. Let’s review and do it!”

He quickly moves to the first step in an active routine, which is the high heel squat.

“I like them but honestly you’d be targeting the quads with this,” he said.

The next part of the fitness routine is an exercise that many add to their regimen called the deadlift, and the reality star does ten of them.

“Deadlifts. With those hip hinges. Butt muscles and hammies. It gives a booty,” Nicole said.

The third part of the fitness routine adds a little cardio to mix it up with some jumping rope.

Nicole offered her opinion by saying that she would actually do a jump rope as a warm-up, instead of an actual step in a glute workout.

The fourth addition to the exercise row is the front squat.

“With front loading weights, you target the front of the body. You get quads,” he claims.

The final part of the Kardashian butt fitness routine is done with one arm.

Fitness gurus give pretty good reviews of workout routines.

“Okay, overall not too bad. To be honest, I think it’s a quad-dominant breed, but I like it,” he says as the video ends.

Additionally, Nicole shares that she will be adding kickbacks, sumo deadlifts, and back squats to her workout.

In the end, the workout seems easy enough for her, as she and Kardashian are both healthy diet and lead an active lifestyle.
