And Ronnie not only paints 5% body fat consistently, but he reveals that he also eats junk like pizza and hamburgers during that time. It was a righteous king’s behavior.

Behind this gigantic monster with perfect muscles lies Ronnie’s epic dedication to maintaining his image. Ronnie once revealed how his diet is 5000+ calories, divided into six small meals throughout the day. He had to eat 450 grams of chicken a day, even getting up in the middle of the night to keep his teeth jagged.

But, it’s not just food. Ronnie is also one of the few to be completely forthright about using steroids for his stage shows. He is famous for drinking it and then stopping it with cold turkey.
