Mark Wahlberg has taken to Instagram to show off her tough body.
It Boogie Night star flexes his big biceps and traps in the shot, wearing only blue shorts to give the best display of his rippling muscles.
He also showed off his monster six-pack and gave almost everyone the urge to play the xylophone in his ripped stomach.
The 51-year-old is a serial entrepreneur and has business interests in Performance Inspired Nutrition and F45 Training, which he prides himself on for his body tank.
It Ted the star captioned the social media post alongside two biceps emoji: “@performinspired & @f45_training F51!”
Social media lit up after Wahlberg posted the impressive photos.
One person commented: “Damn kid. Against the aging process.”
The second user just said: “Benjamin Button.”
A third said: “Where can I apply to look like that at 50?”
Honestly, same. Excuse me while we race to join the F45.
Its adonis-esque appearance is far from spherical for Stud dad, with the Hollywood star revealing he had to consume 11,000 calories a day during the process of gaining the necessary weight for a movie role.
Speak to Jimmy Fallon, he said: “Unfortunately, I had to eat, for two weeks, 7,000 calories, and then for the next two weeks, 11,000 calories. And it was fun for about an hour.
“It’s a physically difficult thing to do. Losing weight, you’re kind of hard to do – you just don’t eat, and you exercise.
“And this, even when you are full, I will wake up after eating and eat again.
“I eat every three hours. That’s no fun.”
But he Daddy Stu practically lost weight after spending a little time in the gym.
And this isn’t the first time the Boston native has used social media to show off his monster body.
Back in 2019, the man himself said: “Six months of Performance Inspired Nutrition, Aquahydrate and F45 training!! Eat clean!”
Yep, getting a Wahlberg-torn is that simple, apparently.
And it’s not like he’s going to the gym alone, with his Instagram showing other photos of him joining classes with the general public to break a sweat.
Working out with Wahlberg, the certified dead-set legend, gives us even more reason to sign up, really.
